TI-1128 500 ml Handled Vacuum Flask

Model: TI-1128 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with the air drawn out between the walls there is almost nothing left to conduct heat away, so a hot drink is still hot at the end of a working day and ice is still ice. The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for bulk insulated water bottles; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A supermarket chain in Germany takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a cross-border e-commerce seller.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TI-1128.

TI-1128 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 500 ml. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TI-1128 — Colours
Colours Blue, Pink, Black, White are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TI-1128 — Seeing one first
Seeing one first Most buyers take a sample before committing, and it is usually the fastest way to settle a question. Seven to ten days to your door; we quote the sample charge and the courier separately so you see both up front.
TI-1128 — Terms
Terms 30%% deposit to start production, 70%% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead, because two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying.
TI-1128 — Keeping temperature
Keeping temperature Double-wall vacuum, which is what holds a drink hot or cold through a working day. Ask for the measured test on this model and we send it with the conditions it was run under, so you can compare it fairly against anything else on your desk.
TI-1128 — How it ships
How it ships 50 pieces per carton, 76.5cm × 38.5cm × 28cm, 12/13kg net and gross. Send your quantity and destination and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back with the price rather than after it — it makes the landed cost easier to model.

Anything missing? Ask and it goes in this table rather than in an email.

The part your end user touches most

It is a wide screw-lid. Buyers tell us the lid is where their end users complain first — ahead of the finish, ahead of the capacity, ahead of anything on a spec sheet. It is also the part that gets least attention at the quotation stage.

On TI-1128 the lid was chosen for how it gets used rather than for how it photographs. It is built to hold a seal in a bag rather than to survive being shaken upside down; if your programme needs the second, say so and we will point you at a model designed for it rather than sell you this one and have it come back.

Ask for a sample lid and test it the way your end users will — from us or from anyone. Twenty opens a day for a year is a different test from one demonstration on a desk.

TI-1128 — Where it already sells

Where it already sells

You will find TI-1128 on more than one kind of shelf, which is the reason we keep it in stock rather than making it to order. The accounts running it now: an Amazon seller in the US, a supermarket chain in Germany and an outdoor brand in Italy.

What their end users do with it varies more than the listings suggest — a desk in an office, a cup holder on a commute, a backpack side pocket at the weekend. The 500 ml was sized for that overlap rather than for one of them.

Which listing you arrive through usually says more about your programme than about the product. The MOQ, the lead time and the carton figures are the same either way.

Sourcing TI-1128? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TI-1128

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. Before anything is quoted we want the destination and the date, because those are the constraints everything else has to fit inside. If the date does not work, you hear that early rather than three weeks before it.
  • During production. Colour, artwork and carton marking each have a named step where you confirm them. If something moves during the run, it is adjusted before the rest is made.
  • After it ships. The same person who took your enquiry is still on it after the shipment leaves. If a date slips or a colour moves, you hear about it while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.
  • One person, start to finish. You get one named contact who keeps your file open, learns how your business works, and carries the details between stages so you never re-explain them.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. What we are unsure about, you hear about early. A finish we have not run on this body gets flagged before the deposit, not after the sample.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Twenty-eight years of custom work, and most of what we know came from orders that went wrong somewhere before they went right. That is the experience you are buying.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • Most importers have had at least one order where nobody answered for four days. One person owns your enquiry from quotation to shipping confirmation — the same person who priced your cartons is the one who replies when something changes.

For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • A colour that drifts two shades between sample and bulk is the complaint we hear most from brand owners. You approve a sprayed sample before the line starts, and the first unit off the bulk run is compared against it before the rest continues.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →

For Retail Chains
  • Vendor compliance audits ask for documents nobody thinks about until the week before. FDA, LFGB, EU 1935/2004, Prop 65 and GRS reports are downloadable with report numbers on them, so your compliance team is not waiting on us.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →

For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • On a gift programme the date is the product. Tell us the in-hands date at enquiry and we plan backwards from it — and say no early if it does not fit, rather than accepting it and hoping. At 500 ml the piece sits in the middle of most gifting budgets, and the wide screw-lid makes it usable one-handed at an event.

For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • Organisations rarely need a full container. Mix stock colours within a model, or combine several models into one DDP shipment with one delivery and one invoice.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Blue, Pink, Black, White). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Blue, Pink, Black, White — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Depends on the stage, and we will tell you plainly which. Artwork and colour can move before the line is set; quantity is usually workable while material is still being prepared; once the run has started, changes mean a new run. Ask as early as you can and we will say what is still open rather than quietly absorbing it and missing your date.

Each piece goes in a plain white box, then 50 to an export carton at 76.5cm × 38.5cm × 28cm. Cartons are marked to your instruction — shipping marks, FBA labels, retailer carton codes. If your warehouse has a pallet spec or a height limit, send it at enquiry and we plan the load around it rather than after.

Five hundred pieces in a stock colour, split across 4 shades if you want to see which moves. That is 10 cartons — small enough to air-freight if the date is tight, and enough to give you real sell-through data rather than a guess.
