TI-1244 500 ml Modular Soft-Grip Vacuum Flask

Model: TI-1244 · OEM/ODM Ready · Jupeng Factory, Yongkang China

The vacuum layer is what makes this work: with the air drawn out between the walls there is almost nothing left to conduct heat away, so a hot drink is still hot at the end of a working day and ice is still ice. The inner wall is 304 stainless throughout — the standard for food contact, and what keeps a flask tasting of nothing after a year of coffee. Buyers usually reach this page looking for custom insulated mugs; if that is your brief, the figures below are the ones you will be quoted from.

A domestic outdoor and camping specialist in Germany takes this one for outdoor users. It also goes through a gift company; the orders themselves are for branded promotional gifts.

Every photo, and what it tells you

Product photos usually show you the same thing six times. These six each answer a different question a buyer asked us about TI-1244.

TI-1244 — Starting quantity
Starting quantity Five hundred pieces per design, 500 ml. Several buyers split that first 500 across shades to see which one moves before committing to a bigger run — we are happy to work that way.
TI-1244 — Colours
Colours Purple, Blue, Pink, Black, White, Red are held in stock, so a sample can go out without waiting on a spray run. For your own brand colour, a matched Pantone is its own spray batch from 1,000 pieces, and you approve a sprayed sample before the line starts.
TI-1244 — If you want something we do not list
If you want something we do not list Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what works on existing tooling and what would need new tooling, with the cost and lead time for each, before you commit to either.
TI-1244 — Your logo
Your logo Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print, all in-house, on any of the 6 stock colours. Send your artwork and a print proof comes back showing how it will sit on this piece — before anything runs, so there are no surprises at the sample stage.
TI-1244 — Seeing one first
Seeing one first Most buyers take a sample before committing, and it is usually the fastest way to settle a question. Seven to ten days to your door; we quote the sample charge and the courier separately so you see both up front.
TI-1244 — Timing
Timing Around 30 days from artwork approval, plus 7–10 days if you want a sample first. Tell us the date you need it in hand and we plan backwards from there, and say early if it does not fit rather than accepting it and hoping.

The numbers that decide your landed cost

60 pieces per carton, carton 47.5 × 40 × 41cm, 17.5/18.5KG net and gross. Those three figures decide your landed cost on a distribution order more than the unit price does, which is why they are on the page rather than behind an enquiry form.

Two things worth checking before you commit a quantity. First, whether your order divides into clean cartons — a 12-store drop that lands on a split case costs someone an afternoon of repacking. Second, whether a mixed-colour container makes more sense than one colour: several buyers deliberately split a first order to see which shade moves before committing capital.

Send us the quantity and the destination and the carton count, cubic and load plan come back with the price rather than after it.

TI-1244 — A date that had to hold

A date that had to hold

A buyer needed 1200 pieces and with a matched Pantone because the shipment had to land before a promotion. We moved the batch up the queue and ran the line on overtime. It shipped two days early.

The reason it worked is unglamorous: we knew the date at enquiry, not after artwork. A deadline is the one variable nobody can renegotiate afterwards.

Tell us the in-hands date before the artwork and you get a straight answer about whether it holds — including a no, if that is the honest one.

Sourcing TI-1244? Here is how we run it

Three things buyers tell us go wrong on a first order, and what happens here at each.

You see it before you commit

A physical sample, not a rendering. Approve it and that unit stays in the plant as the reference for the run.

The first unit off the line is checked

Bulk starts, we compare unit one against your approved sample, and the line stops if it does not match. Catching a drift there costs an hour.

You hear about problems early

If a date slips or a colour moves, you get told while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.

Who orders TI-1244

What you are actually buying from us

A quotation is easy to come by. These are the things that decide whether the second order is easy.

  • Before the order. Before anything is quoted we want the destination and the date, because those are the constraints everything else has to fit inside. If the date does not work, you hear that early rather than three weeks before it.
  • During production. Colour, artwork and carton marking each have a named step where you confirm them. If something moves during the run, it is adjusted before the rest is made.
  • After it ships. The same person who took your enquiry is still on it after the shipment leaves. If a date slips or a colour moves, you hear about it while there is still time to decide — not when the container lands.
  • One person, start to finish. You get one named contact who keeps your file open, learns how your business works, and carries the details between stages so you never re-explain them.
  • We will tell you when to buy something else. What we are unsure about, you hear about early. A finish we have not run on this body gets flagged before the deposit, not after the sample.
  • Twenty-eight years in this category. Twenty-eight years of custom work, and most of what we know came from orders that went wrong somewhere before they went right. That is the experience you are buying.

For Importers & Wholesalers
  • A container that clears customs a week late costs more than the discount you negotiated. We ask for the destination at enquiry so the paperwork is prepared for that market rather than assembled while the box sits at the port.
  • Pricing structure, documentation, inspection and payment terms — the things you check before a first order — are set out here: Importers & wholesalers →
Wholesale Pricing
For Brand Owners — OEM/ODM
  • Decoration that looks right in a mockup can fail in the end use — a printed logo in a canteen, an engraved one on a colour you wanted to pop. Tell us where it is going and we will say which method we would run and why, before you order.
  • How private label runs here — artwork, colour approval, tooling, what is yours and what is ours: Brand owners & private label →
Full OEM/ODM Guide →
For Retail Chains
  • Retail buyers get charged back for things the factory never saw: a barcode that will not scan, a carton that breaks the planogram, a delivery outside the window. Barcodes are scan-tested before the carton is sealed.
  • Retail compliance, hang tags, Prop 65 labelling and delivery windows: Retail chains →
Read Hallmark Case →
For Promotional Gift Buyers
  • Five hundred pieces is a real minimum here, not a number we push you past. Company events, one-off conferences and store openings work at that scale — you do not have to find 5,000 to justify a setup charge.
  • Lead times against a fixed event date, decoration choices, and what 500 pieces actually buys you: Promotional & gifting →
Gift Solutions →
For Hotels, Schools, Cafés, Events & Other End Organisations
  • An opening date or an event date cannot move. We work backwards from it, and if it is not achievable you hear that before you pay rather than two weeks before the date.
  • How DDP works, what it covers and where a local importer of record is still needed: DDP door-to-door →
See the DDP door-to-door service →
For E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
  • FBA rejections are usually about labelling, not the product. FNSKU labels, Prop 65 stickers, suffocation warnings and carton marking are applied here to FBA spec, and cartons ship direct to fulfilment centres.
  • FBA prep, labelling, carton specs and the other platforms we ship for: E-commerce & Amazon →

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Five hundred pieces per design in the stock colours (Purple, Blue, Pink, Black, White, Red). A matched Pantone starts at 1,000 — a custom colour is its own spray run rather than a draw from stock. You can mix stock colours to reach the 500, which several buyers do on a first order to see which shade moves.

Yes, from the first 500 pieces — there is no separate logo minimum. Four methods in-house: silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer and UV print. The straight body gives an uninterrupted panel with no seam to work the artwork around. Send a vector file and we return a print proof showing how it sits on this body before anything runs. Tell us the end use and we will say which method we would run and why.

Two routes. Stock colours — Purple, Blue, Pink, Black, White, Red — ship from inventory at 500 pieces per design, so a sample reaches you without waiting on a spray run. A matched Pantone runs from 1,000 pieces as its own spray batch: you send the Pantone reference, we spray a sample, you approve it, and only then does the line start. The first unit off the bulk run is then compared against that approved sample before the rest continues.

30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment. On smaller orders we often settle the whole amount against the proforma invoice instead — two transfers cost both sides bank charges that are not worth paying on a modest total. Either way the terms go in writing on the PI rather than being agreed later. If your company has its own process, tell us early and we will work to it.

Freight is worked out per order rather than from a table, because it depends on the cubic volume and how you want it shipped. Once you have picked the models and settled the quantity, send us the delivery address and we come back with the carton count, the cubic and the freight — by sea, by air or door-to-door, whichever suits the date you are working to. Ask for FOB and DDP side by side if you want to compare handling the import yourself against one delivered price.

Send a drawing, a photo of something close, or just describe it. We come back with what is feasible on our existing tooling and what needs new tooling, with the cost and the lead time for each — before you commit to either. Most programmes start on an existing body with your own colour, decoration and packaging; new tooling makes sense once the volume justifies it, and we will say plainly when it does not.

Six steps, and you set the pace at each one. 1. Send the enquiry — quantity, destination, and the in-hands date if you have one. 2. The quotation comes back with carton cubic already in it, so you can model landed cost before replying rather than asking for it. 3. Take a sample if you want one — or order straight from artwork if you already know the model. 4. Proforma invoice, then the deposit. 5. Production, 30 days from artwork approval; the first unit off the line is checked against the reference you approved. 6. Balance, then shipment with the full document set.

Depends on the stage, and we will tell you plainly which. Artwork and colour can move before the line is set; quantity is usually workable while material is still being prepared; once the run has started, changes mean a new run. Ask as early as you can and we will say what is still open rather than quietly absorbing it and missing your date.

Each piece goes in a plain white box, then 60 to an export carton at 47.5 × 40 × 41cm. Cartons are marked to your instruction — shipping marks, FBA labels, retailer carton codes. If your warehouse has a pallet spec or a height limit, send it at enquiry and we plan the load around it rather than after.

Five hundred pieces in a stock colour, split across 6 shades if you want to see which moves. That is 9 cartons — small enough to air-freight if the date is tight, and enough to give you real sell-through data rather than a guess.
